Her spiritual journey started almost 35 years ago when she lived with her family in Kentucky. She began singing professional gospel music at the age of 8 and traveled all over the country. This allowed her to experience many beliefs and religious ideas. She became an ordained protestant minister early in her 20’s. After moving to Columbus back in 1991 she became a pastor of a psychic church. Brenda has always felt a strong connection to those who came from Christian backgrounds and somehow can’t make the experiences they have had “fit” into their beliefs.

Brenda also teaches others to listen and open up to their own intuition. Her willingness to listen to the spirit has made her unique in the fact she believes we all have the ability to be readers, teacher, ministers, healers, and more. It is only the disbelief that stands in our way. She opened Mystic Nirvana to create a space where people can come and learn to listen for themselves.
